Avenue Medical Centre is a one storey medical building connected to a two storey former residential building that was converted to a medical office use. The buildings are linked together with an enclosed ground level walkway. This medical centre is located in the west central area of Brantford on the south east corner of Brant Ave and St. James St. The building is within close proximity to downtown and the Brantford General Hospital. It is currently leased by Brantford Pharmacy Inc, CML Healthcare Inc. and Avenue Medical Centre.
