Philip joined Torgan in 2012. As Chief Operating Officer, Philip is involved with both the development and property management aspects of Torgan’s operations. He has over 35 years of practical and managerial experience in construction, administration, property development, and management in both private and public companies. Philip graduated in 1979 from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa with a B.Sc., (Civil Eng.) and immigrated to Canada in 1988.

Heather Goodall

Heather joined the Torgan Group in 2016, furthering her 15 year extensive career in commercial real estate leasing. At Torgan, Heather is responsible for the leasing department, where she heads all aspects of lease negotiations and tenant relations throughout the Torgan portfolio. Prior to joining the Togan Group she held the position of Director of Leasing for an international healthcare consulting firm, where she facilitated lease negotiations for medical practitioners throughout North America including lease negotiation, landlord/tenant mediation, financial analysis, training and business development. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and also an Ontario Real Estate Association License.

Ross Cannata

Ross joined The Torgan Group as Vice President in May 2017 with direct involvement in the management and operations of this private, entrepreneurial company including acquisition/disposition analysis and recommendations related to investment properties. In the two previous decades, Ross was President, Ross Cannata & Associates Inc. based in Oakville, Ontario. This past experience included appraisal and consulting of investment properties, financial and market analysis, lease reviews, rental studies, acquisition/disposition analysis and recommendations, narrative report preparations, expert witness testimony and other initiatives. Ross completed more than 450 medical office building appraisal and consulting assignments, and it is estimated that he has reviewed more than 10,000 medical office leases. In February 1988, the Appraisal Institute of Canada granted Ross the professional designation of Accredited Appraiser, Canadian Institute (AACI) and Professional Appraiser (P. App).

Shoukut joined The Torgan Group in May 2005. His responsibilities not limited to financial reporting, supervising CAM reconciliation, forecasting, cash flow, project cost monitoring, due diligence, annual audit, taxes, trust, acquisition/disposition analysis, review year end package and recommendations related to investment properties. Direct involvement with management and operations of this private, entrepreneurial company including external accountants and CRA audit for entire property portfolio. He also oversees all financial aspects encompassing entire portfolio of the company. Shoukut worked almost eight years at small and mid-sized Chartered Accounting firms in Montreal and Toronto in various positions and three years in manufacture accounting and finance departments. He received Outstanding Graduate Award by Dalton McGuinty, Premier, and Government of Ontario and also received Award of Excellence by Forensic CPA Society (USA). Shoukut holds professional designation of RPA from Canada, CMA from India & Australia and FCPA from USA.
